




There was a dinner the night before the big run...an all you can eat Pasta and salad bar!! I didn't run the race, and I certainly didn't need to carb. load, but when in rome I guess. :) These are pictures of my father-in-law, my sister-in-law (on the left) and her friend, my wife, myself, and little Jaxon relaxing and living the high life; what a goofy bunch!! We had such a blast in St. George, and will be doing it next year as well! Let the training begin...as soon as they can all walk without pain again.

Congratulations Angela! That is amazing. I have always wanted to do something like that but never had the will power to do it. Way to go!

You mean if I start running I can eat carbs???? :) I haven't had a really good plate of pasta in a long time (thanks to Atkins)....maybe there is hope for me to run, it just might take the right reason! Kara
